Tropical Pool:

We have the largest pool in Crescent Lakes, for the enthusiastic swimmer you will really enjoy our extra large 20' x 40' x 8' deep pool with its fountains and separate spillway. For your extra enjoyment we have a wonderful raised hot tub/spa which will comfortably seat 8 people. The pool also has the added feature of fibre optic lighting for nighttime effects.

A topical setting has been created with pool planters that have been planted with tropical palm trees and plants. There are water toys that will keep you and your children having fun for hours.

We also have an oversized deck area with plenty of beach towels and sun loungers for relaxing and topping up your tan all within a large screen enclosure which allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out. Pool heating optional.

Tiki Hut Bar:

"Don't forget to bring your duty free"

With its palm leaf roof and original carved totem poles sit up at the bar and unwind after your day at the theme parks with a drink by the pool.

At the local shops you will find lots of ready made cocktail mixes; with the use of the blender you will soon have some lovely quick cocktails, rum runners, pina coladas, daiquiris to name a few.

Enjoy our tropical setting by the pool under our lovely tiki hut.

General:
Our property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and has an electronic alarm system; the front door has a spy viewer and intercom system, which pipes music throughout the house. There is also a safe so you can lock away your valuables while staying in our villa. The main telephone is portable with an answer machine, local calls are free. There is a fax machine in the house in case you need to stay in touch.

Our villa is our family home, we take great pride in it, we hope that you will enjoy your stay in our home as much as we do. We have a strict NO SMOKING / NO PETS policy and hope that you respect our wishes. Smoking is permitted outside.

Family Room:
Our family room offers the utmost in comfort with leather reclining sofas, cable tv with a selection of videos or for your listening pleasure a stereo that holds 5 cds. We even have a gas logged fireplace for the rare chilly night. The large glass doors lead out onto our tropical paradise.

Kitchen:
In our kitchen you will find every convenience for your use whether you are planning a simple or a-la-carte meal for your family and friends.

We have a wonderful doublesided fridge/freezer with an icemaker that dispenses crushed or cubed ice as well as chilled water. The oven has a ceramic top and is self-cleaning. We also have a built in microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The dining nook is furnished with a large round table and chairs with bar stools at the counter.

There is a separate Utility Room with a large washer, dryer, sink and iron and ironing board.

Formal Dining Room:
We have a formal dining room that has a large display cabinet and for those special holiday meals there is a large extending table with 6 chairs.

Loft Area:
Our loft is an additional lounge located upstairs and has been decorated to give the feel of a southern plantation room, a perfect place to retreat away from the family and is ideal to relax and enjoy that book you keep meaning to read. There is also a cable tv and video and a ceiling fan.

Master Bedroom and En-Suite Bathroom:
The master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, telephone, clock radio and ceiling fan, a walk-in closet with a safe. The luxury en-suite has a walk in shower and large separate tub, with his and her sinks, hair dryer and piped music perfect to unwind and pamper yourself.

Bedrooms:
There are three other bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen and 2 twins, all with ceiling fans and clock radios.

Downstairs there is 1 double bedroom with ceiling fan and clock radio. Ideal for the disabled or elderly member of your family who finds it difficult to climb the stairs. All of the bedrooms have the added feature of our piped music and intercom system.

Bathrooms:
The main bathroom upstairs has an enclosed bath/shower with twin marble sinks and our piped music.

Downstairs has an enclosed walk-in shower and marble sink and piped music.

We provide all the linen and towels, so that you can travel to our villa a little lighter.
